Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By using homepest.help or calling the phone number shown on it, you agree to these terms.

What this service is

Home Pest Help is a free referral service. When you call, you are connected with an independent local pest control or wildlife removal provider who serves your area. Home Pest Help does not perform inspections, treatments, removals or repairs, and does not employ the providers you speak with.

Providers are independent

All contractors and providers are independent businesses. Any quote, appointment, contract or payment is strictly between you and the provider. Home Pest Help does not warrant or guarantee any work performed, prices quoted, or the timing of any visit. It is your responsibility to verify that the provider you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work in your state and locality.

Availability

Not every type of pest or animal is handled in every area, and provider availability varies by location, time and demand. A call does not guarantee that a provider will be available or will accept the job.

Who can use this service

This service is intended for homeowners, or the person responsible for deciding on service for a house, family home or apartment in the United States. It is not intended for commercial buildings or mobile homes.

How Home Pest Help is paid

Home Pest Help is free for callers. It receives a referral fee from providers or their marketing networks for connected calls. This fee is not added to any price you are quoted.

Images and content

Images, animations and characters on this site and in related ads are illustrations, some created with AI. They do not show real providers, technicians, customers or properties. Information on this site is general and is not professional pest control, health or safety advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Home Pest Help is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or cost arising from services provided by a provider you were connected with, or from your use of this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
